Sierra County, established in 1884, covers over 4,236 square miles of land and water. It’s home to about 11,988 people (based on the 2010 census), with Truth or Consequences as the county seat. This charming city has a population of 6,475 and, along with Elephant Butte and Williamsburg, forms the county’s three main urban hubs. Challenges
