Overview

El Paso, Texas – The El Paso Independent School District and Terralogic Document Systems have formed a dynamic cooperation to enhance their warehouse-boxed storage using StorageTrack. The district’s efficiency in locating and gathering old boxed information from their warehouse was improved by the TDS solution.
TDS was able to adapt EPISD’s software to the warehouse where the district’s records are stored and retrieved in a matter of six weeks. By manually inputting and relabeling more than 8,000 boxes of district documents into StorageTrack, TDS took on the project. As a result, a more practical and dependable document management system was made possible.
Since moving its warehouse, EPISD has had trouble rapidly locating its records. By rearranging their warehouse, we have given them immediate access to their boxed records. President of TDS, Matt Bowman.
