The Act telecom application showcases our dedication to enhancing user engagement. We have designed it to enhance the cross-selling platform and to introduce new products seamlessly. Not just that we have created a modular design to expand its features anytime. Considering user personas and their preferences, we have designed the application and have maintained superior functional performance for the application. We focused on discoverability and minimizing effort for frequent transactions, optimizing the design to provide quick and easy app usage.

Vi (Vodafone Idea): Revolutionizing Telecommunications

As a design partner for Vi(Vodafone Idea), We are proud to have conceptualized and crafted various digital interfaces, for their 4 million daily active users. Vi is one of India’s largest telecommunication service providers with over 100 million downloads, we have crafted user-friendly mobile applications, effective email communications, and a robust website to access their services. Taking into account the user personas of 330 million individuals, we have designed a digital interface focused on creating intuitive, seamless experiences that resonate with them.
